Build a package such as 10 one-hour sessions. The family pays once through the link and picks a single weekly time that fits your availability. All ten sessions are placed on the calendar together, skipping weeks you have marked off for holidays or exams.
No more tracking sessions by hand
Each package keeps a session balance. As you mark sessions completed — or no-show, under a rule you set — the balance updates itself. Families check remaining sessions, reschedule, or cancel through a private link. No logins to manage.
Add intensives when you need them
Around exams, add extra one-off sessions from the same package on top of the weekly slot, while credits last. The balance keeps up.
Reminders, calendar, payment
Automated email reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each session. Google Calendar sync keeps every session on your calendar. Collect payment by card via Stripe, or set the package to manual payment for cash or a payment app and confirm it yourself. Free for tutors, no platform fee.
