Lesson-package booking for music teachers

Most private piano, guitar, violin, and voice teaching runs on a weekly rhythm and is sold by the term. Generic booking tools make you and every family re-book one lesson at a time. GetSetBooked is built for how music lessons actually work.

Sell a term, book it once

Create a package — say 12 lessons at 45 minutes — and share the link. The parent pays once, picks one weekly slot inside your teaching hours, and every lesson for the term drops onto the calendar in a single step. Weeks you have marked unavailable (recitals, holidays, travel) are skipped.

Track lessons without a spreadsheet

Each package carries a lesson balance. Mark lessons completed or no-show as you go; the count updates itself. Your no-show rule (use a credit, or allow one makeup) is applied automatically. Families check their remaining lessons through a private link — no account, no chasing.

Reminders and calendar sync

Students get an email reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before each lesson. Connect Google Calendar and every lesson appears there, updating when something is rescheduled or cancelled.

Getting paid

Take card payments through Stripe, or set the package to manual payment for cash, Venmo, or Zelle — the student books immediately and you confirm the payment from your dashboard. Either way, GetSetBooked is free for you.
